Professor Rui Li, is a Professor II and Ph.D. Supervisor in the School of Automation, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He is the Outstanding Youth of Chongqing (2014), Leader of Academic Technology in Chongqing (2019), Distinguished Professor of Bayu Scholar (2017), Head of Innovation Research Group of "Bionic Robots and Intelligent Measurement and Control" in Chongqing Universities (2020). He also works as the director of the Experimental Instrument Sub-Committee of China Instrument and Control Society (2015-2023), an expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), an expert of the Chinese Institute of Electronics /Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau (2018), and the leader of "Bionic Robot and Intelligent Electromagnetic System" innovation team in School of Automation, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His research interests include intelligent information processing, intelligent robots and intelligent measurement and control systems. He presided over 4 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (including 1 cooperation project), hosted/undertook more than 10 national provincial and ministerial key scientific research and talent projects, published nearly 100 SCI/EI papers as the first/corresponding author, and co-edited a national planning textbook, received more than 20 national invention patents, and won 7 awards such as the First Prize of Chongqing Science and Technology Progress (ranked 1st), Chongqing Innovation Award (individual), the First Prize for Science and Technology Progress of China Instrument and Control Society (ranked 2nd) and the Second Prize for Science and Technology Progress of Chinese Institute of Electronics (ranked 2nd). He guided 20 graduate students to win national, provincial and ministerial honorary awards such as National Scholarship, National Challenge Cup (National Third Prize/Chongqing Special Prize), Chongqing Outstanding Graduate Graduate, and Chongqing Outstanding Master's Thesis.

李锐，男，工学博士，重庆邮电大学自动化学院，二级教授，博士生导师。重庆市杰青（2014年）、重庆市学术技术带头人（2019年）、巴渝学者特聘教授（2017年），“仿生机器人与智能测控”重庆市高校创新研究群体负责人(2020年)。中国仪器仪表学会实验仪器分委会理事（2015-2023年）、国家自然科学基金网评专家，中国电子学会/重庆市科技局网评专家（2018年），重庆邮电大学自动化学院“仿生机器人与智能电磁系统”创新团队负责人。从事智能信息处理、智能机器人与智能测控系统等方向的研究。主持国家自然科学基金4项（含合作1项）、主持/承担国家级省部级重点科研和人才项目10余项，以第一/通信作者发表SCI/EI论文近百篇，副主编国家级规划教材1本，获国家发明专利20余个，获重庆市科技进步一等奖（排名第1）、重庆市创新争先奖（个人）、中国仪器仪表学会科技进步一等奖（排名第2）和中国电子学会科技进步二等奖（排名第2）等成果奖励荣誉7个。指导研究生获得国家奖学金、全国挑战杯（国家级三等奖/重庆市特等奖）、重庆市优秀毕业研究生、重庆市优秀硕士学位论文等国家级省部级荣誉奖励20余人次。
